DFG package proposal "Smart Life Support" funded with €1.9 million

Smart Life Support 2.0: RWTH research association receives funding for research into methods for partially automated therapy guidance with life-support systems.
Participants are the Philips Chair for Medical Information Technology (coordination), the Clinic for Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, the Clinic for Anesthesiology and for Surgical Intensive Care Medicine Adults, the Institute for Applied Medical Technology, the Institute for Control Engineering and the Chair for Computer Science 11. The sub-projects PathoMod, BelaVAD and ECLAVent will be funded with € 1.9 million from 2013 - 2015.
