Dipl.-Ing. Christoph Hoog Antink receives the award for patient security 2016
Dipl.-Ing. Christoph Hoog Antink got the first prize for patient security in 2016 for his work „Reducing False Alarms in the ICU by Quantifying Self-Similarity of Multimodal Biosignals“. He achieved a reduction of false alarms at intesive care units. The prize is founded by Dr. med. Hans Haindl and endowed with 3000€. It is assigned by the "Deutschen Gesellschaft für Biomedizinische Technik im VDE (DGBMT)" and the "Aktionsbündnis für Patientensicherheit".
