In cooperation with the Neonatology and Intensive Care Medicine Section of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the University Hospital Aachen, MedIT has received a check for 35.000 euros from the Stiftung Universitätsmedizin Aachen. These donations will be used to finance a project on "Contactless monitoring of premature infants", where a camera-based hybrid method for recording vital signals in premature infants is being developed. The donation check was presented to Univ. Prof. Dr. med. Thorsten Orlikowsky (center, left), Florian Voss (left) and Simon Lyra (right) by Prof. Thomas H. Ittel (center, right), Chairman of the Board of Uniklinik and Stiftung Universitätsmedizin Aachen.
