The Quick Seminar "The Joy of Soldering" took place on the evening of the March 8th in the premises of MedIT. In two hours the basic principles, ROHS conformity, reflow, etc. were presented in a short presentation, the optimal soldering of ICs and other components, and a briefing was given on all the "soldering" devices at the MedIT. The image shows one of our new microscopes, one of our 100 exercise boards and a 0201 resistor. Also a cent coin as a size comparison. All participants were able to solder this resistor easily (and functionally) by hand.
