On July 15th, 2015 as a part of the final event of the project/seminar, the award ceremony of the MedIT Hardware Contest sponsored by Texas Instruments took place. The teams had to present their projects and were judged by a jury of research associates of the institute. The winners of this year's contest are:

1. Dennis Flegel & Martin Werner - "Erweiterung eines Fahrradtrackers"

2. Lukas Becker & Vitus Appel - "Ultraschallunterstütztes Gehen"

3. Janosch Kunczik & Alexander Kube - "MedIT KiosK: RFID Detection Unit"
